Win 345 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, Explained Clearly

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Win 345 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the Win 345 website at win345.im, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on any game or market offered through Win 345, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If at any point you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using Win 345 and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of the Win 345 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Win 345 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Win 345 website. It is your responsibility as a registered player to review these Terms periodically. Win 345 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes through their registered contact details.

Win 345 is available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be aged 18 years or older. Win 345 takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage gambling. We verify age at registration and may request additional proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise be accessing Win 345 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, either through Win 345 directly or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of a Win 345 employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Pakistani law.

Win 345 reserves the right to ask for proof of age, identity or residency at any point. Until satisfactory documentation is provided, Win 345 may suspend deposits, withdrawals or both. If it is established after registration that a player was under 18 at the time of account creation, Win 345 will close the account and retain all deposits in accordance with our obligations under responsible gaming policy.

Each person may hold one Win 345 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's identity or any other means — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering on Win 345, you must provide accurate, truthful and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, a working Pakistani mobile number and correct date of birth. You must update this information promptly if any of it changes.

• Username and Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Win 345 login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. Win 345 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp or any other channel.
• Account Security: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your Win 345 account settings. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• CNIC Verification: Win 345 may require CNIC verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement and is not optional.
• Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Win 345 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts after appropriate notice.

Win 345 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances, bets and winnings are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on Win 345:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Win 345 will return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and may suspend the Win 345 account pending investigation.

Win 345 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual account level. Players may also voluntarily set deposit limits through the responsible gaming section of their Win 345 account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits can only be reduced immediately — increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.

Win 345 is committed to processing withdrawal requests from verified accounts as quickly as possible. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash from fully verified accounts typically complete within 3 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals complete within 5 minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) settle within 30 minutes during normal banking hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on Win 345 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your Win 345 account.
• Win 345 may require identity verification (CNIC copy, selfie, proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — see Section 6 for details.
• Win 345 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in cases where fraud investigation, bonus abuse investigation or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks are required. Win 345 will communicate any such delay to the player promptly.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted and approved by Win 345's payments team.

Win 345 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free tournament tickets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses offered by Win 345 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each individual promotion is offered.

• One bonus per household/IP address: Win 345 enforces this strictly. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Wagering Requirements: Most Win 345 bonuses carry a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or bonus-generated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in that bonus's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not used within their stated validity period expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or replaced.
• Game Contribution Rates: Bets on different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets and cricket bets at odds of 1.50 or above typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino table games and poker contribute at a lower rate — specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion on Win 345.
• No Bonus Play-Through Manipulation: Placing bets in a way designed to benefit from bonuses with minimal risk (such as betting on both sides of a market or placing hedged bets) is considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation.

Win 345 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of Win 345's management is final.

All bets placed on Win 345 are subject to the general betting rules set out here, in addition to sport-specific rules that apply to individual market types. Sport-specific rules are accessible from the Win 345 sportsbook interface on a market-by-market basis.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once Win 345 has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance — Win 345 reserves the right to refuse any bet without giving a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum bet on Win 345 is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event and account history. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Palpable Errors: In the event of a clear pricing error (palpable error), Win 345 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Win 345 will communicate such voids to affected players promptly.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets on Win 345 are accepted subject to a brief delay to manage integrity risks. Bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of acceptance will be voided.
• Cricket Settlement: For PSL and international cricket markets, settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, or the organising body). In the event of a DLS decision, Win 345 settles markets on the official DLS result.
• Abandoned or Postponed Matches: In the event a match is abandoned, suspended or postponed, Win 345 applies standard rules: bets on outright match results are voided unless a result is determined within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.

Win 345 takes responsible gaming seriously as a genuine platform commitment, not a compliance exercise. We believe that gambling should be entertainment — not a source of financial pressure or harm. Win 345 provides a range of tools that all registered players can access at any time through their account settings to help maintain healthy gaming behaviour.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your Win 345 account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations. Win 345 will warn you as you approach your limit and log you out automatically when it is reached.
• Loss Limits: Cap how much you can lose over a defined period. Loss limit reductions apply immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from Win 345 for a minimum period of 30 days, up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, Win 345 will reject any attempt to open a new account.
• Reality Checks: Enable session duration notifications that remind you how long you have been logged in.

Win 345 employs industry-standard security measures to protect player funds and personal data. All data transmitted between your device and Win 345 is encrypted using 256-bit SSL. Account access is protected by password authentication and optional two-factor authentication (2FA), which Win 345 strongly recommends enabling.

Win 345 has a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, match-fixing and any form of betting manipulation. The following activities will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or exploit promotional offers.
• Using third-party payment accounts to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game format on Win 345.
• Using automated betting software, bots or any form of AI-assisted betting system not specifically authorised by Win 345.
• Placing bets on the basis of inside information in relation to match-fixing or spot-fixing.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches or pricing errors on Win 345.

Win 345 complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. We may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and will file reports with relevant authorities as required by law. Win 345 may delay or suspend withdrawals pending AML review without prior notice in such cases.

Win 345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or abusive behaviour.
• Failure to comply with identity verification or source-of-funds requests.
• Court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request.
• Risk management or AML concerns identified by Win 345's compliance team.
• The player requests closure of their own account.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than verified fraud or Terms breach, any remaining balance (minus any applicable bonus-related deductions) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5–10 business days. If the account is closed due to verified fraud, Win 345 reserves the right to retain the balance pending investigation and legal proceedings where appropriate.

Players wishing to close their Win 345 account voluntarily can do so by contacting support@win345.im. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, Win 345 will process the closure immediately and flag your contact details to prevent re-registration for the duration of any self-exclusion period.

Win 345 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Win 345 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted and error-free platform operation, we cannot and do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, secure or free from technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Win 345 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or indirect losses arising from your use of Win 345, even if Win 345 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical failures.
• Losses arising from errors in live score data, in-play odds pricing or market settlement resulting from third-party data feed failures.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your Win 345 account credentials secure.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits Win 345's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Pakistani law.

Win 345 may update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at win345.im/terms-conditions and will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of the page.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights as a player or the core terms under which you use Win 345 — we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address or through a notification in your Win 345 account dashboard at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of Win 345 after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using Win 345 and contact us to close your account.
